- Data contained in the CV: education/qualifications, academic history, professional experience, membership in professional associations.
- Other additional data that the applicant provides during the selection processes in which they may be included.
The personal data processed is provided directly by the applicant when submitted through any of the means ADKOMO makes available for managing the personnel selection process.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
ADKOMO will process your personal data for the purpose of managing the personnel selection and recruitment process, in order to evaluate your job application for vacancies in our organization.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
ADKOMO will process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- If the applicant has voluntarily submitted their CV to ADKOMO, the processing of their personal data is based on their consent, which can be revoked at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- If the applicant has applied for a specific job offer, the processing of their personal data is based on the necessity of processing it for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the applicant, consisting of the selection process leading to their potential incorporation into ADKOMO.
DATA RECIPIENTS
ADKOMO may share your data with the following recipients:
- Public Administrations, Courts, and Tribunals, as well as State Security Forces, in cases provided for by law, based on the fulfillment of a legal obligation.
- Service providers who may need to access your personal data to provide the services contracted by ADKOMO, and with whom ADKOMO has signed the necessary confidentiality and data processing agreements required by regulations to protect your privacy.
