About the job

As the Team Leader for the Media Buy Team, your responsibilities will include designing, overseeing, and handling Social, Search, and Native Ads campaigns for Adkomo’s clientele. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with expanding the Media Buying team, ensuring it emerges as a primary traffic source for Adkomo.

Your responsibilities

• Creation and Management of campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Native Ads
• Implement tracking systems for monitoring and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and implement robust media buying plans to achieve set targets.
• Design user-friendly landing pages to elevate conversion rates and user satisfaction.
• Produce eye-catching creatives to engage the audience and increase brand recognition.
• Manage the complete campaign process, from inception to roll-out.
• Optimize campaigns regularly for improved results and ROI.
• Set performance goals based on user lifetime value for enduring success.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in Google Ads, Social Ads, and Native Ads
• Proficiency in English is required for effective collaboration within the team and understanding global industry trends.
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with Excel (Pivot tables, Data Visualization, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Managing a people/team a plus
